The freelancing system was introduced to mitigate some of that, and two feds collapsed, releasing a lot of talent to the pool. There's quite a few legitimate headliners open for people to pick up and plug into their own feds if they wanted to launch one right now, and with the freelancers available pretty much anyone can have top-tier talent to work with regardless.

@ swede we had also discussed that if someone new wanted to join every fed should have 4 or 5 guys to give up so said person can make a good roster. it was purposed in this thread . that said if your speaking of yourself starting a show i would be more than happy to offer you a headliner or 2 for ur startup. but in the mean time you really cant be upset with ppl trying to build a strong roster . remember this is for fun no ones tring to screw anyone and if we all dont take ourselfs too seriously giving talent to the new kids wont be a thing to stress over i know at least 3 other guys doing thiss that would give up talent to. its a bridge that seems much harder to cross than it is brother

ive said so already but i would be willing to give talent over to any upstart fed, all they need do is ask.

I've updated both the Free Agents (unsigned talents) and Freelancer lists, as well as the main roster list on the front page. The collapsed feds have had their unclaimed rosters added to the Free Agents. I've also alphabetized Free Agents and added every Diva I could think of.
