Shortly after his match HBK, Renee Young looks affectionately at Phantom as he is wiping off his face with a towel and putting his Television Title on his shoulder.
Renee: Phantom, What a explosive match! How do you feel?
[Phantom looks at renee for a second before continuing to wipe off his face.]
Phantom: Renee, it was a pretty intense match. It went to fast really. HBK was on a role and had no intention of letting me slow him down. The interesting thing is i managed to face 3 sweet chin music kicks before blacking out. HBK is truly a good talent.
Renee: How do you feel after losing in such a upsetting match?
Phantom: Loss is something you won't get used to in this business. We all strive to be the best and to prove our honor amongst our oppenents and the fans.
Am i happy the way things ended? No of course not. I'd love call a retry and get a new game face on for HBK. But that doesn't happen in this life. I think the important thing is we put on a show for fans and i was simply out wrestled.
Renee: Do you think HBK will remember the name Phantom?
[Phantom slightly smiles at Renee and slyly moves in closer to her and the microphone.]
Phantom: While i'd much prefer you to remember my name [slight laugh and grin]. HBK may not think much of me at the moment but i assure you......
As the wind blows on a weakened tree
The branches won't break
They may sway and shake
Leaves may fall and turn color
But i am a warrior that will push further
My colors won't fade so easily
My branches won't give to a torrid wind
It's only a matter of time before i grow into a honorable force
Of valiant strength and worthy mention
For me.....It's time to pay close attention

Only to remind those who try to silent my voice

[Phantom breathes in slowly and exhales as the lights flicker and go out in the backstage area to only show his white piercing eyes. In a hushed voice he speaks his last word.]
