Subject: Thursday Night Impact (Sept. 5, 2014) Sat Sep 06, 2014 4:04 am
The excitement is tenfold as Thursday night Impact comes on the air. The fireworks blast around the arena, all across the stage and the fans are on their feet. The Orleans Arena in Paradise, Nevada will play host to tonight's show, the cameras coming to a stop at the announcer's table.
Michael Cole Good evening ladies and gentlemen, I'm Michael Cole, this is my broadcast partner Taz, and we are live from the Orleans Arena in Paradise, Nevada!
Taz Cole, tonight is promising to be an interesting night as PWL personnel and talent have been difficulty getting to the arena. The West Coast has been grappling with a lot of storm activity, and to be honest, we're not really sure who all will be able to make it out tonight.
Michael Cole Still, Taz, the show must go on. And tonight, we're going to make sure we still put on a Hell of a show!
Taz
That's right, Cole. Our Main Event is a TV Title bout between the reigning champion, the Woo Woo Kid Zach Ryder, and an up-and-comer in James Phantom. We've seen enough of both guys to know it'll be a helluva match!
Michael Cole Impact's assistant GM will be making some announcements tonight on behalf of John Laurinaitis, as well.
Taz
Right, so what are we waiting for? Let's get this show on the road!
-LIVE, from the Orleans Arena in Paradise, Nevada!-
The Sadistic Showcase In the absence of Impact GM John Laurinaitis, the lunatics really are running the asylum -- and Eric Bischoff is at the helm. For one night only, the PWL Universe will be turned into a madman's delight: those superstars who are able to make it to the arena are invited to exorcise their personal demons in the ring with whatever opponent emerges. No mercy, no disqualifications.
Assistant General Manager Eric Bischoff makes an announcement!
In Pursuit of Honor James Phantom vs Zach Ryder (c) One vs One for the Television Championship James Phantom found redemption on last week's edition of Impact when he went to war with Ugly Fat Fuck and emerged victorious, and now the Powers That Be have decided to give him a shot at some Pro Wrestling League gold. But his opponent is no slouch: Ryder, fresh off of a defeat against the PWL's Freakshow, will be more determined than ever to keep the belt around his waist.
----
OOC NOTE This week, the door is open for each player to book his or her match of choice with whomever is free and willing to participate. As it is both the start of the school year and a busier time for our players, we'll make exceptions to the usual rules and requirements for people on the roster; that said, all superstars are encouraged to participate this week, either in a match or by submitting a promo (or, preferably, both). Active participation in the weeks leading up to the next PPV will impact how things play out for your character, so be sure to get involved!
----
Matches are to be completed by the 12th of September, next Friday. Make sure that you download the Impact arena created by Panda. Use the search word "PWL". Have fun!
----
If I have forgotten or missed anyone, send me a private message here on the site or on Xbox Live and I will find a place to add you as soon as I see so you'll have to make sure to check back periodically!

Wyatt defeats Ambrose by putting him through the announcer's table to win the tables match. Ambrose picked the stip, Wyatt walked out victorious. However, in an unsanctioned dark match, Jack Swagger played by Jon Michaels defeated Mick Foley played by Dull Chameleon in the match of the year. It ended with Jack Swagger leaping from the top of the cage for the first time ever and hitting a cross body on Foley. Foley struggled to his feet, refusing to give up, well, because he's Foley, and Foley is God, before Swagger hit him with another Swagger Bomb and struggled up and out of the cage to win. Best match I've ever had, and that's saying something.

I wish every single one of you nothing but the best in your burial.
You really think he is that good?
Dude, don't underestimate him. He is one of the best players I have ever seen, and has only been beaten by a select few.
Trust me i havent been doing well in the past few weeks but i also was great player. I didnt name myself the goat other people did
Alright, but don't come crawling back to me.
Let's put it this way, you lost a lot to Beast. Cobros makes Beast look like he just learned how to play video games. He makes me look like I just learned how to play video games
