The excitement is tenfold as Thursday night Impact comes on the air. The fireworks blast around the arena, all across the stage and the fans are on their feet. The Target Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota will play host to tonight's show, the cameras coming to a stop at the announcer's table.
Michael Cole It's the FIFTH edition of Thursday night Impact, WELCOME everyone! I'm Michael Cole, he's Taz and we're just THREE days away from our very first pay-per-view, Ascendance!
Taz OH, BABY! Can you feel it, Cole!? These people are ready to crown our first World Heavyweight champion! And so am I!

In an intense match that really could have been anyone's win, the "Woo Woo Woo Kid" Zack Ryder manages to sneak a win over Bray Wyatt after kicking out of a Sister Abigail and hitting two Rough Ryders and a Long Island Iced Elbow.

The match between Scott Turner and Aaron Aaronson ended in a double count-out which is a DRAW! So that leaves me 1-1-0....

In a simmed match (we couldn't all get on at the same time), Ambrose/Hogan defeat Hart/Savage, with Ambrose hitting the Psycho Spike on Savage as Hogan knocks Hart off the apron to preserve the pinning predicament. What does this mean as we enter the triple threat ladder match? Will Savage and Hart work together to destroy Ambrose? Can Ambrose pit Hart and Savage against each other? Will The Ultimate Warrior randomly show up and cause complete havoc?
