Bundy was nearly knocked out when Andre attacked him at ringside with a big boot to the head against the ring post! But Bundy recovered and squashed the giant with a big splash and got the win when Andre submitted in a camel clutch.

Kane vs Sycho Sid

The big red machine endured Sid’s heavy artillery and managed to kick out of a chokeslam and a powerbomb! Kane unleashed a powerbomb of his own and nearly pinned Sid, but it took a tombstone to secure a win over the Sycho.

Bruno Sammartino vs Steve Austin

Bruno kept the rattlesnake grounded with various holds, but later on Austin fought free of a bearhug and unleashed a fury that left the Italian Superman vulnerable to the stone cold stunner.

The Steiner Brothers vs The Sock N Mop Connection

This was a Tornado Tag No-Holds-Barred Contest that saw carnage inside and outside of the ring. Mick Foley seemed to have the match won with a mandible claw on Scott until Rick broke the hold. Not long after that, The Dog Faced Gremlin pinned Perry Saturn with a T-bone suplex on the floor.

Sin Cara vs Kofi Kingston

The odds weren’t in Kofi’s favor this night. Cesaro showed up un-invited and attacked Kofi as he headed down the ramp for this match up. After the savage assault, The Swiss Superstar tossed Kofi into the ring and the match began. Sin Cara seemed confused and didn’t go for the win right away. Kofi recovered and the two high flyers dazzled the crowed with a high paced match. Sadly, the damage was done and Sin Cara got the win with a crucifix pin.

6 Ladies Battle Royal Match for the Women’s Championship

The rules of winning this contest wasn’t eliminating opponents by tossing them over top rope, but by pinfall or submission. Whatever alliances made in this match were short lived. Alundra Blayze eventually ousted Gail Kim with camel clutch that nobody was rushing to break up. Then Lita pinned Natty with Hurricarana while Kharma stood by and laughed. Steph then snuck up on Lita made her tap out with a dragon sleeper. Kharma and Steph then double teamed Alundra Blayze. Stephanie McMahon tried to steal the glory for herself after Alundra was layed out with a sit-out powerbomb. Kharma objected and battered Stephanie and flattened Alundra with a second powerbomb to eliminate her. Steph was enraged and tried to slap Kharma in the face, but it was countered with a spinning backfist. Kharma was overjoyed, knowing victory was near. Steph soon found herself in a torture rack and had no choice but to give up the fight.

Gail went after Lita with sheer aggression, targeting her neck. She managed keep her grounded and nearly had the match won with Eat Defeat but Lita kicked out. Gail soon found herself on the receiving end as momentum seemed to shift in Lita’s favor. Gail was relentless and didn’t let go until Lita passed out from the pain was pinned afterwards.

This was a true david vs goliath contest. Sid seemed to have the match rolling well in his favor, dominating Sin Cara with high impact power moves. Cara managed turn the tides on the Sycho with speed and high flying maneuvers. Sid caught him diving off the top rope with a vicious chokeslam, taunted the crowd, and signaling for the powerbomb. Sin Cara recovered and reversed the finish attempt by Sid and pinned him with a Tilt-A-Whirl Small Package for the shocking upset win.

Natalya and Kharma vs Alundra and Stephanie

In this tornado tag contest temporary alliances were made and Stephanie McMahon and Alundra seemed to be the more solid unit. They worked over the champion Kharma and Natty seemed in no hurry to stop it. Ultimately, it would be Steph that would slap and pin the women’s champion earning the victory this night for her team.

The Mega Bucks def. The Kliq

Ted Dibiase had The Giant solidly in his corner and Andre even made a timely save when HBK made a comeback and had The Million Dollar Man trapped in the sharpshooter. Kofi too entered the ring after this and hurt The Giant with a dazzling Trouble in Paradise. Second Round Matches for the Northwest Wrestling Championship
Daniel Bryan def. King Kong Bundy

Bryan targeted Bundy’s arm and neck, setting him up for the Yes Lock. But once it was locked in, Bundy refused to submit, crawling to the ropes to break the hold. Byran performed a successful comeback however and had Bundy set up of a flying headbutt...or so he thought! The leader of the Yes movement was tossed from the top turnbuckle onto the canvas. Bundy then bounced off the top ropes for a big splash, but Daniel Bryan rolled out’ve the way and hurt Bundy with a running high knee for the win.

Daniel Bryan earned his title shot at next weeks Main Event as well as King Kong Bundy’s respect.

He went for the kill early with a chokeslam but Austin kicked out before three. Austin fought back and took the fight to ring side where Kane attempted to put Austin through the announce table but the rattlesnake managed to escape. Once back inside the ring, Austin put the boots to the big red machine and surprised everyone by stealing Kane’s chokeslam and nearly gaining a pinfall. Kane became enraged and came back from near defeat, putting Austin away with the tombstone piledriver.

Whiplash Episode #3

Triple Threat Extreme Rules Match
Perry Saturn vs Sycho Sid vs Mick Foley

The Mop-N-Sock Connection was tested as only one would come out of this match a winner. Mick Foley and Sid brawled in the ring while Saturn was outside gathering weapons from under the ring. Alas, he could not find Moppy however. After finding a variety of items to use on his opponents, Saturn returned to ring.  Mick Foley took advantage of a table set up in the corner and powerbombed Sid through it. Saturn nearly stole the pin fall there after knocking Mick down but Sid kicked out. Saturn then dropped the Sycho to the canvas hard with the Death Valley Driver but Mick was there to break up the pin.

The combatants became more desperate now, Sycho Sid hitting a Powerbomb on Saturn and Mick Foley soon after spiked Sid with the Double Arm DDT. Interestingly, Mick didn’t go for the pinfall but rolled outside to ringside to get a trash can. Both Sid and Saturn recovered and Foley was soon on the receiving end on that trash can when Saturn tossed him off the top turnbuckle on top of it! After knocking Sid down, Saturn trapped his tag team partner in the Rings of Saturn, forcing Mick to tap out.

Gail Kim def. Alundra Blayze

Gail took the hurt to the veteran early with dazzling high flying maneuvers. But when Alundra began to turn the tables on her younger opponent, Gail took the fight outside, showing a vicious streak by whipping Blayze into the ringside barrier and pummeling her. Back in the ring, Gail managed to get a few nearfalls, but Alundra’s experience showed as she again reversed the momentum and had Gail downed and nearly beat  with a bridging german suplex. Alundra then climbed the top turnbuckle, but Gail caught and tossed her from the top and followed up with Eat Defeat for the win.

Special Referee Match
Shawn Michaels def. Stone Cold Steve Austin

The crowd seemed surprised to see ICW Superstar Bret the Hitman Hart as the special referee in this match. Michaels had interfered in their programming before and one would wonder whether or not Bret was there for a little payback against his old nemesis. Bret however showed great integrity and was completely impartial. The match up was very close, both scoring nearfalls with their finishers. HBK still proved that he was still the comeback kid though, hitting Stone Cold with a flying elbow smash and a second superkick to secure the win.  Bret Hart and Shawn Michaels then had a stare down in the middle of ring, leading many to wonder if the two would meet again for a match to settle the score in the near future.

Hardcore Championship Match
Sin Cara def. Bruno Sammartino

Although both superstars hadn’t competed in this type of match type often, both showed a desire to do what was necessary to become NCW’s first hardcore champion. The action spilled to ring side where the hardcore belt, a singapore cane, and even a sledgehammer were brutally used. Sin Cara nearly had the match won after splintering a guitar from a fan over the head of Bruno. Back in the ring, the Italian Superman locked in a bearhug but the crowd chanted for Sin Cara and he refused to submit. Fighting free, Cara whipped Bruno in the corner and executed a top rope flip bottom for the win and a run as the hardcore champion.

Tag Team Championship Match
The Mega Bucks def. The Steiner Brothers

Andre and Ted worked very well together in this match up, hungry for the tag team gold. Their game plan was obvious mere minutes into the match, keeping Rick Steiner far away from a tag from his larger brother. Andre nearly had the match won after a big elbow but Scott broke up the fall. Ted tagged spiked the dog faced gremlin with a piledriver and locked in the million dollar dream, Rick Steiner showed amazing reliance and fought free. The Steiner Brother began to turn the momentum from their adversaries, keeping Ted from his corner and the much slower Andre couldn’t move fast enough to help his partner when called.

However the damage was done to Rick Steiner and Andre eventually was tagged in, nearly crushing Rick to death in a bearhug before Scott made the timely save. The Million Dollar Man from that point onward keep Scott busy outside the ring while Andre finally put Rick Steiner away with a big boot and elbow drop.

Womens Championship Match
Kharma def. Stephanie McMahon

Stephanie approached the match with sheer arrogance, walking with up to the larger champion and slapping her in the face. Kharma was quick to punish her foe, looking avenge her earlier defeat the previous week. The Champion dominated her challenger, lifting her high in a gorilla press slam and dropping Steph down hard to the canvas. Kharma took a moment to laugh at her opponents pain before finishing her off with the implant buster for the win. After the match, Hulk Hogan and Scott Hall appeared and congratulated Kharma for her victory.

Finals for the Northwestern Wrestling Championship
Kane vs Daniel Bryan

Dean Ambrose was shown in the crowd apparently interested in the outcome of this match. Kane took the hurt to Bryan early, targeting his head and neck. Bryan rebounded with some reversals and weakened Kanes massive arms with painful looking kicks and armbars. After a series of punishing backbreakers to the leader of the yes movement, Kane climbed the top turnbuckle looking to hit his signature clothesline. Daniel Bryan had the move well scouted and got up just in time to run up and arm drag his huge opponent off. The crowd was pumped, cheering for their favorite bearded Washingtonian. Bryan punished Kane with a series of kicks and clamped on the Yes Lock.  The big red machine crawls to the ropes to escape.

Daniel Bryan then climbs the top rope, looking to put Kane away with a high risk maneuver but was caught by the throat on the way down and chokeslammed. As the referee counted to three to the shock of the crowd and awarded Kane the championship, Shawn Michaels and Kevin Nash appearing on entrance way. Kane stormed up the ramp and everyone was expecting a fight. To the surprise of all, Shawn and Kevin embraced the First NCW Champion and the first hints of some sort of twisted alliance was laid bare for all to see.

Special Note

Universe Mode threw a few curve balls this time with the special appearances of Hogan, Scott Hall, Dean Ambrose, and Kevin Nash. This was not planned in any way, however Bret Hart as special referee was green lit after a chat with merciless. If anyone wants to take advantage of these special appearances this week, please let me know by private message and we’ll go from there.

Wednesday Night Whiplash #4

Bundy fought valiantly against the Texas Rattlesnake but couldn’t withstand Austin’s heavy artillery. In the end, it took two Stone Cold Stunners to secure victory in this hard fought match.

Rick Steiner def. Kofi Kingston

Kofi took control early, utilizing his speed and unorthodox style to confuse and blindside his opponent. The match seemed all but over when Kofi hit Trouble in Paradise, but Rick Steiner kicked out. The Sycho turned his losing streak around and showed Big Poppa Pump that Sid is still the master and ruler of the world in this fast paced sluggathon! Both men exchanged devastating suplexes and powerslams. Freakzilla managed to survive a powerbomb but was caught by surprise with a small package from Sid for the win.

Natalya and Lita def. Kharma and Gail Kim

Kharma dominated the match early through sheer brute strength and punching power. But Lita’s experience and high flying tactics payed off in turning the match around. Natalya showed that she too was powerhouse by lifting Kharma into a vertical suplex and held her there for several seconds. Gail Kim pearl harbored Lita from behind and nearly gained an pinfall with a rollup. Lita kicked out and spiked Gail hard with a DDT for the pinfall victory.

Mick Foley def. Andre the Giant

Mick Foley took the hurt to Andre early and managed to keep the giant grounded. When Mick applied the Mandible Claw, Ted Dibiase was at ringside to distract the referee. Andre recovered and soon took control of the match, battering Foley with chops, headbutts, and a butterfly suplex. Andre dropped a big elbow and seemed to have the match won when Perry Saturn distracted the ref with “Moppy”. Foley floored Andre with the double arm ddt and went for the pin only for The Million Dollar Man to interfere once again. Saturn attacked Ted at ringside and soon both men where ejected from the match.

Andre had Mick down for a count of 5 after a vertical splash, but referee had his back turned and didn’t make the count. Foley rebounded and once again clamped on the Mandible Claw but amazingly, Andre fought free! Mick only managed to defeat Andre after a top rope suplex that shook the ring and finally getting the pinfall.

Main Event Tornado Tables Match
Kane and Shawn Michaels def. Daniel Bryan and Sin Cara

Sin Cara and Daniel Bryan went after their Night of Champions opponents for most of this contest. Cara whipped Michaels out’ve the ring and dived through the ropes in the hope of hurting the Heartbreak Kid. HBK rolled out’ve the way and Cara crashed through a ringside table! Micheals added further insult to injury with taunts and a springboard moonsault from the ropes and onto Cara and the remains of the table.

Back in the ring, Michaels superkicked Sin Cara and Kane hit the tombstone on Bryan, gaining the upper hand late in the match. Bryan was easy prey for the big red machine after that, being whipped into a table leaning in the corner and being speared through it by Kane for the win.

Monday Mayhem #1

Alundra Blayze def.  Stephanie McMahon
Alundra had little trouble putting Steph away early in this fast paced match. The Billion Dollar Princess was overwhelmed almost immediately with Blayze’s fury. Stephanie attempted to annoy the ring veteran with a facebuster and tossing Alundra around by her hair. In the end, Alundra pinned Stephanie with a german suplex for the win.

Daniel Bryan def.  Ted Dibiase
These two NCW superstars put on a clinic in the ring. The Million Dollar Man managed to unleash some impressive reversals while The Beard dazzled the crowd with near dare devil tactics. Bryan had Dibiase hurt with some vicious kicks to the chest that got the fans on his side and nailed Ted with a running high knee attack. Amazingly, Ted kicked out before 3! The Million Dollar Man briefly had the momentum on his side, punishing Bryan with and elbow drop from the second rope, fist drops, and nearly pinning his younger opponent with a powerslam.

Daniel Bryan bounced back, slinging Dibiase into the corner and hitting a running Dropkick. Once he tried to finish the match off with a flying headbutt of the top rope however, Ted rolled out’ve the way. Once both combatant rose to their feets, Bryan trapped Ted in the Yes Lock. Dibiase fought the hold and crawled to the ropes. Daniel Bryan then rolled his foe into a school boy for the pinfall.

Yokozuna def.  Stone Cold Steve Austin

Yokozuna made an impressive NCW debut by defeating the texas rattlesnake. But the victory didn’t come without some underhanded moves. Austin attempted to out brawl the massive Samoan, but Yoko shoved him off and dropped Austin with a Superkick. While Stone Cold was down, Yokozuna removed a top rope turnbuckle pad and then whipped Austin hard in that exposed corner. Not once, not twice, but three times! Austin was busted open after Yoko dropped Austins face into the exposed turnbuckle and performed a running leg drop.

The end was near after that when Austin was soon caught with a side belly to belly suplex and pinned with a Banzai Drop for the shocking squash victory.

Fatal 4 Way Match for the NCW Hardcore Championship

Sin Cara vs Rick Steiner vs Perry Saturn vs Sycho Sid

All four competators showed vicious side as they pulled out all the stops to win the vacated Hardcore title. Sid used a singapore cane and Rick Steiner found a trash can to fight off the Sycho. Sin Cara dropkicked Saturn out’ve the ring and tried a diving attack but missed and was sent through the announce table! Perry Saturn meanwhile gave a belly to belly suplex to Sid, sending the larger man flying into the steel steps.

Sycho Sid used a steel chair with great efficiency, laying out all of his opponents in the middle of the ring. He then powerbombed Sin Cara and tried to get a early victory but Rick Steiner got up just in time to stop the count. Perry Saturn got the trash can next and dropped The Dog Faced Gremlin with wacks to the head. Then Saturn attempts to win the title by using the Death Valley Driver on Rick ontop of the trash can. Sid leg dropped the deranged Saturn to break up the pin.

Sid then powerbombed Saturn and covered him only for Sin Cara to stop the count. Rick Steiner then took the fight to Sid and seemingly had the match won after knocking out the Ruler of the World with a top rope bulldog onto a steel chair. Again, Sin Cara stopped the count. Saturn joins in on the brawl between Sid and Cara, dropping the former hardcore champion with the Death Valley Driver. Sid tossed Saturn out’ve the ring, going to steal a cheap win but noticed Rick Steiner was up and running toward him.

Sycho Sid surprised Rick with a sudden grasp to the throat and chokeslammed him and rolled over for the three count. Your winner and new Hardcore Champion, Sycho Sid!

Lita def. Natalya
Lita was extra vicious tonight, hungry for a shot at the NCW Womens Championship. Natalya wasn’t about to go down easily though. After Lita powerbombed her, she tried to pin her with her legs on the ropes, but Natty kicked out. After enduring a flying headscissors and moonsault off the ropes, Natty took the hurt to Lita with closheslines, stalling vertical suplex and a backbreaker. Lita wisely rolled out’ve the ring and slung Natalya into the barricade and rammed her head into the ringpost. With the damage done, Natty was easy prey to Lita’s twist of fate for the win.

Special Referee Match
Andre the Giant def.  Kane

The crowd popped big time once the Ultimate Warriors music hit the speakers and everyone knew who the special guest referee was. Kane and Andre battled in the ring and the Warrior at first seemed impartial. But when Kane gained the upper hand and had a clawhold on Andre, The Ultimate One refused to check if Andre gave up. Despite this, Kane shocked he crowd by giving the 8th wonder of the world a chokeslam!

The Warrior took his time made a slow count, allowing Andre to get a shoulder up before the count of 3. Hoping to tilt the match in Andre’s favor, Warrior bounced off the ropes and clotheslines Kane. But the big red machine had enough and was looking for some revenge. Kane attacked The Ultimate Warrior, battering him with fists in the corner. The Giant snuck up from behind and head butted Kane and dropped a big elbow. Warrior went for a fast count but Kane kicked out! Andre soon had Kane in a camel clutch and Warrior ordered for the bell, screwing the champion out’ve this match. The special referee then fled the ring and ran backstage, while Andre and Kane stood is disbelief.

Just as Andre began to leave, Daniel Byran ran to the ring and attacked Kane, hoping to continue their war from Night of Champions. Andre surprisingly got back into the ring and fought the Leader of the Yes movement away and stared down the NCW Champion as the show goes to a close.

Monday Mayhem Results #2

Hardcore Match
Antonio Cesaro def. Mick Foley

This was a fast paced match that saw lots of back and forth action. At ringside, Cesaro used a baseball bat and even a fans crutch to punish the Hardcore Legend. Mick returned the favor with a singapore cane and steel chair. The Swiss Superstar turned the momentum around and gave Foley a big swing to the delight of the crowd and got a nearfall with a Alpmare Waterslide on the arena floor.

Back in the ring, Cesaro wedged a steel chair between the ropes and set of a table in the adjutant corner. Sensing victory was within his grasp, Cesaro then taunted Mick but soon found himself trapped in the mandible claw! Micks fingers were eventually forced from the maw of Cesaro, who then viciously whipped Mick headfirst into the steel chair! Then Foley was whipped into the wooden table and speared, giving Cesaro a big win for his first NCW appearence.

Tag Team Championship Match
The MegaBucks Open Challenge

Ted Dibiase issued an open challenge to any team backstage that thought they could take them. Surprisingly, it was the APA that answered the challenge! Bradshaw and Faaroog isolated The Million Dollar Man from his Tag Partner and Focused their attacks on Andre’s massive legs to slow the Giant down even more so. Faaroog seemed to have the match won with a Dominator to Ted, but Andre managed to make the save.

Once Bradshaw tagged in he went wild, giving Dibiase a big boot and bone crushing powerbomb. To make sure Andre couldn’t help his partner again, The big texan bounced off the ropes and knocked Andre off the apron with a Clothesline from Hell. Ted Diabise was then pinned and the APA became the new NCW Tag Team Champions!

Gail Kim def.  Natalya

In this non-title contest, Natty hoped to get a win over the NCW Women’s Champion Gail Kim and she nearly did just that. After being on the receiving end of Natalya’s heavy artillery, Gail was floored with a stalling vertical suplex, spinning lariat, and boston crab. The champion reached the ropes and rebounds with a spinning heel kick, cross body block in the corner, and bulldog headlock. Natty managed nearfall with a spinning kick to back of Gails head, but the champions resilience pulled her through. A few reversals and a neckbreaker later, Natty was finally defeated.

Daniel Bryan def. Bruno Sammartino

Like last week, this was another scientific match up. While both combatants had impressive tactics and painful submission moves, Bryan relied more on speed while Bruno used his crushing strength. The beard look control of the match early, wearing down The Italian Supermans tree trunk-like arms. It seemed to pay off once the Yes Lock was clamped on, but Bruno was far to strong and crawled to the ropes. Bruno seemed livid with rage and whipped Daniel Bryan from pillar to post and unleashed some hard powerslams and tried to make The Leader of the Yes Movement tap out with a armtrap chinlock. Bryan refused to submit and broke free with help of the crowd that was solidly on his side.

After delivering a running drop kick in the corner, Bryan superplexed Bruno and lock him into the cattle mutilation. Again The Italian Superman fought free and was viciously kicked in chest by Bryan to the chants of  “NO!” before being trapped in same Submission hold Bruno had tried to win the match with earlier. The legend tapped out giving Daniel Bryan another impressive victory.

Kane def. The Ultimate Warrior

This was high octane match with power moves galore, two of the biggest and most powerful men NCW facing off with possible title match implications in the future. The Champion Kane was thirsty for some revenge on The Warrior for what had happened the week before. However, it looked as though The Big Red Machine would be denied this at first. After a series of clotheslines and a powerslam, the crowd roared for the Ultimate One.

Kane however came back from the brink of defeat, kicking out after a gorilla press slam and big splash. The Champion proved to the Warrior that he would be a force to reckoned with after punishing the newcomer with a running dropkick to the face, sideslam, and clawhold. The Ultimate Warrior fought through the pain and tried to comeback, but Kane caught him with a tilt-a-whirl slam as he came off the ropes and was buried with the Tombstone for the shocking victory.

Tornado Tag Team Match

The Mastodons (Yoko and Bundy) vs Stone Cold Steve Austin and Mystery Partner

The Fans were in for a treat as Stone Colds Mystery Partner was none other than Bill Goldberg! The two bald headed SOBs took the fight to their two gigantic opponents and it looked as though the ring wouldn’t be able to contain so many powerful superstars at once! Yokozuna and Stone Cold resumed their war from last week while Goldberg grapples with King Kong Bundy. Goldberg overpowered Bundy and hurt the larger man with a butterfly suplex and spinning neck breaker.

Da Man even lifted up and dropped Bundy up into thunderous Jackhammer Slam but Yokozuna made the save before eating a Stone Cold Stunner. Yoko however kicked out before the count of three. The 4 men briefly changed opponents to throw The Mastadons off guard and then switched back. The gambit paid off after Goldberg Gorilla Press Slammed Yoko and then Spears Bundy. Stone then delivers a second Stunner to Yokozuna for the 3 count! Their victory was short lived however, when Shawn Micheals and Scott Hall ran down to the ring and assaulted Stone Cold and Goldberg from behind as the show wraps up to a close.

Special Notes

Free Lancers Cesaro, Goldberg, and APA were used who were available at the time. I'll be pretty much done with them after Halloween Havoc. Also Scott Hall and Shawn Micheals interfering and causing trouble WAS NOT planned in anyway. Just universe mode being crazy again. But it does open the door to possible excitement down the road.

Peace

Monday Mayhem #3 Results

Kofi Kingston def. Bradshaw

Kofi turned his losing streak around in an impressive win over one half of the NCW Tag Team Champions. Kofi dominated his opponent early on, but Bradshaw tipped the match in his favor after taking the fight to ringside and brawling. Back in the ring, Kofi surprised a charging Bradshaw with a Trouble in Paradise but only got a nearfall. Not long after that, Kofi Kingston was floored with a Clothesline from Hell but was too close to the ropes for Bradshaw to get an effective pinfall. With the crowd firmly behind him, Kofi rebounded and secured a win with an SOS.

Cesaro def. Perry Saturn

This was more of a brawl than a wrestling match, both men preferring to fight outside the ring than in it. It was close back and forth contest, neither of the combatants never giving each other any mercy nor pity. It was personal for Saturn, hoping to get a win over Cesaro and avenging Mick’s loss earlier last week. Cesaro managed another upset victory, defeating Saturn with an Alpamare Waterslide.

Ladies Tag Match
Kharma and Alundra Blayze def. Lita and Gail Kim

The odd pairing of Alundra and Kharma proved to be effective, isolating Lita from the NCW Women’s Champion and focusing on her neck. Alundra nearly had the match won with a bridging german suplex, but Gail made the last second save. Kharma and Gail then continued their war from last month with the former champion Kharma gaining the upperhand. Lita broke up a pin attempt after Gail took an Implant Buster, but soon found herself fighting an irrate Blayze at ringside.

Kharma hurt the champion with a sit-out powerbomb but Gail kicked out before the count of 3.
Alundra and Lita became the legal competitors shortly there after, both their partners running interference often. After downing Lita with a top rope hurricarana, Alundra knocked Gail off the apron onto an announce table and Lita was pinned to end the match.

Hardcore Championship Match
Sycho Sid (Champion) def. Sin Cara

Former Champion Sin Cara got his rematch and showed the crowd a rarely seen mean streak, taking the fight straight to Sid. A baseball bat, singapore cane, a table, and even a fans crutch was used to inflect pain on each other in the early start of the match. Sin Cara suprised Sid with a hurricarana that sent the larger champion through a table! Sin Cara went for the pin but The Sycho kicked out. Soon after, a ladder and a trash can came into play. Sid gained some momentum and tried to end the match with a powerbomb, but Sin Cara got the shoulder up before 3. It was only after a punishing Cara with a fallaway slam from the top rope on to the trash can did Sid get the win.

Andre the Giant def. Kane

Before the match began, it was announced as a No DQ contest! Daniel Bryan as came down to the announce table to see this match up close. But the surprises didn’t stop there as soon the Ultimate Warrior came down to ring side, seemingly there to be in Kane’s corner. It didn’t take long for Warrior and Dibiase start brawling at outside the ring and after the Ultimate One got a upper hand on The Million Dollar Man, he tossed 3 steel chairs into the ring which were soon wedged into 3 corners.

Not long after that the action got intense as all four men were battling outside the ring. Andre spearing Kane through the steel barricade, Kane chokeslaming Andre onto the steel steps, and Warrior putting Ted through the announce table with a DDT! Kane seemed to have the match tipped in his favor but Andre reversed an irish whip into a corner that a steel chair was set up. Kane took the impact to his head, but the giant kept the pressure on and whipped Kane into the other two chairs as well! After dropping a big elbow, Andre was awarded an upset victory over the NCW Champion.

Stone Cold Steve Austin and Bill Goldberg def. Scott Hall and Shawn Micheals

The match got crazy before it began! Yokozuna and Brock Lesnar showed up unexpectedly and jumped Stone Cold and Goldberg as they made their way down the ramp and tossed the two “Bald Headed SOBs” into the ring where Scott Hall and HBK looked to gain an easy win. But Goldberg managed to hurt Shawn outside using the steel steps and ringpost to put the hurt on. Stone Cole managed to turn the momentum on Scott Hall as well. The match came to an abrupt end when Goldberg reversed Shawn’s comeback and speared him and then tagged in Stone Cold who then gave Michaels is own superkick for the pinfall win. Da Man and the Rattlesnake celebrated in the ring with a handshake and some beers showing the world that they make a great team.

Note

The appearance of Brock Lesnar was not planned. But if Brocks owner wants to make something more over Brocks beef with Goldberg, then let me know. Since it wasn't planned and I don't actually own Goldberg, I'm willing to let this slide.

Monday Mayhem #4 Results

Stephanie McMahon def.  Natalya

Steph targeted Nattys legs from a opening bell and relied on strikes and slaps to humiliate her foe. Natalya responds with some dazzling reversals and power moves to even the score. After downing Natty with a chop block, Steph applied a sharpshooter, trying to force the larger athlete to tap out. Natalya reached the ropes though and the hold was broken. The momentum shifted in Nattys favor as she tossed Steph into a corner and drove her shoulder into the billion dollar princess repeatedly. When lifted in a stalling vertical suplex however, Steph reversed it and hit the pedigree to secure an upset win.

Triangle Submission Match
Mick Foley def.  Bruno Sammartino and Perry Saturn

Saturn tore right after his tag team partner during the opening bell. While odd, it gave Bruno some breathing room during the early goings in this match. However, the Mop-N--Sock Connection united once more to brutally double team the legend. Saturn locked in the rings of saturn in the middle of the ring but Bruno endured the pain and fought free. Mick Foley soon after tried to eliminate Bruno with a piledriver followed with a mandible claw. The Italian Superman was too close to the ropes and fought back, dropping both assailants. He then put Saturn in a painful bearhug but the deranged Saturn reversed the move into a DDT.  Mick Foley snuck up behind his tag partner and bulldogged him and then applied the mandible claw. Saturn soon gives up and is eliminated.

Bruno fought valiantly, punishing Mick with body slams, suplexs, and a top rop armdrag. He then lifted the hardcore legend into a backbreaker but Foley refused to submit and fought free. Bruno found himself once again on the receiving end of the mandible claw and had no choice but to tap out.

Hardcore Tornado Tag Team Championship Match
The APA def.  The MegaBucks

The team of Andre the Giant and Ted Dibiase came up short in their quest to regain the NCW Tag Team Championship.  Bradshaw battered The Million Dollar Man while the 8th Wonder of the World dominated Faaroog. The team switched opponents briefly and Ted soon had Faaroog in trouble with chokes and fistdrops, while Bradshaw focused his rage on Andre’s head. Weapons then came into play. Dibiase using a steel chair on Faaroog and Bradshaw finding a sledgehammer to use on Andre. Faaroog became enraged and dropped Ted with a series of shoulder tackles and powerslam. He then tried to end the match with a dominator, but Ted Dibiase kicked out. Faaroog then went outside and got a baseball bat from under the ring, while Bradshaw clobbered Andre with the sledgehammer that sent the Giant tumbling out of the ring and near Faaroog. With no help coming, The Million Dollar man was easy prey for the big texan’s powerbomb for the win.

Daniel Bryan def. Antonio Cesaro

Daniel Bryan had Cesaro grounded with painful kicks and armbars meant to soften up the Swiss Superstar for the yes lock. The crowd was firmly behind the beard as he relentlessly attacked his opponent. After a series of kicks to Antonio’s chest and a superplex, Bryan locked in a surfboard submission hold, but Cesaro fought free. Bryan then tried to put away his opponent  with a diving headbutt, but Cesaro kicked out before the count of three. Cesaro came back and had the leader of the yes movement in serious trouble and even rubbed Daniel’s face into the mat. Bryan was lifted up into a Alpamare Waterslide, but the move was reversed into the yes lock and Antonio Cesaro tapped out.

#1 Contenders Match for the Tag Team Titles
The Mastodons def The Bald Headed SOBs

Stone Cold and Goldberg worked as a solid team from the opening bell. Stone Cold battering Bundy and Goldberg dominating Yokozuna. The match looked all but finished after Goldberg Gorilla Press Slammed Yoko and speared him, but Austin failed at keeping Bundy in his corner and he broke up the pin. Austin was tagged in as Goldberg fought Bundy at ringside and the “Da Man” was slingshotted into the ring steps. After that, something changed in Goldberg and he left Stone Cold high and dry without a Tag Partner. Yoko abd Bundy easily double teamed Austin without interruption and the match ended with an avalanche and big splash from King Kong Bundy.

Flaming Tables Match
Kane def. The Ultimate Warrior

Warriors in the crowd pumped the Ultimate One, showing Kane no pain and no fear. He unmercifully brutalized the NCW Champion with vicious chair shots and even speared the big red machine through a table set up at ring side. Kane came back however and retrieved another table and sets it ablaze. Warrior Gorilla Pressed Kane and squashed him with the Ultimate Splash. Warrior then attempted to suplex Kane on the flaming table set up in the middle of the ring but the Champion reversed it. After chokeslamming Warrior, Kane dragged him to the blazing table, seemingly trying to set his flesh on Fire!  But Warrior fought free and lifted Kane into a bearhug, only for the champion to break the hold and DDT the Ultimate One though the Table!

While the Big Red Monster was celebrating his victory, Alberto Del Rio ran into the ring and knocked Kane out with the championship belt, sending a champion a message. What that message was remains to be seen...

Notes
While Cesaro is no longer a free agent, I had the superstar complete his last match for NCW. Originally, he was going to be part of a triple threat match for the hardcore title, but with ICW folding, those plans have been nixed. Alberto showing up was of course a random event. Time well tell if that develops into something more.
